Mixed Media Canvas Workshop

Hello Again!!

We had a lovely group of ladies attend our Mixed Media Canvas class on Thursday evening - all new to the art of collage and what a fabulous time we had. They very kindly allowed me to take some photo's of their art work. but sadly didn't want to appear themselves!!!........

That's the group shot above, but I also took some individual snaps too, I'm sure you'll agree they're really fab works of art!!

The above canvas with the red heart & wee houses was made by Anni & used as an example of collage & mixed media.  The same materials were provided for everyone to use, but isn't it amazing how different they all turned out???
Thanks for dropping by - Feel free to leave a comment for us to let us know your views!!!

Half price Clarity Stamps now available!!!

Hello Bloggers!!

Have you heard we have a fabulous range of the gorgeous Clarity Stamps on sale at HALF PRICE, how cool is that?? Why not hop over to our Online Shop and treat yourself to fabulous bargain!!!  I made the above little matchbook stylee hanging using a recycled button package, which I covered with the lush Tim Holtz tissue tape and coloured it with tumbled glass distress inks.  The inside of the window was made by stamping the Clarity tree stamps onto glossy cardstock & stamped with archival ink (all available in shop).
I then stamped the larger row of houses onto vintage book page, cut it out & stuck onto cardstock then used 3d foam pads to make it stand out.  Home Sweet Home, I just wrote onto the book page coloured with the new Summer Distress Inks & glued into place, added a wee button & some Bakers twine to hang it up with.
All items used can be purchased from Damselfly Crafts.   Thanks for visiting!!!
